Jess Martin is a projects specialist for Queensland Alumina Limited with background experience in culture change and small/medium business management.

 

Prior to joining QAL, Jess was the General Manager of the Gladstone Seafarers Centre.

 

She sits on various NFP boards throughout Gladstone, and is a member of the CQ – Regional Community Forums.

 

Jess came to Gladstone in 2015 on a contract with one of the tug boat companies and fell in love with the community spirit of the region.

 

She’s permanently settled here with no intention of leaving.
