Customer Service - Individual

 

This award recognises individuals who consistently deliver excellence in customer service, particularly frontline team members who engage with internal or external customers. Nominations must be for individuals only, but please also specify the business they represent.

Judging Criteria:
The Best in Business Committee will assess the following when judging excellence in this category:

 

  • Service Perspective: How the individual delivers a high quality of customer service within their organisation.

  • Operational Perspective: How the individual ensures consistency in the delivery of customer service.

  • Learning and Growth Perspective: How the individual fosters a culture of customer service through engaging in professional development opportunities.

  • Financial and Governance Perspective: How customer service contributes to the overall performance of the individual or organisation.

 

This award aims to recognise individuals who not only provide exceptional customer service but also contribute to the success and reputation of their organisation.
